Stop Guessing About Technology & AI.
Start Implementing What Actually Works.
Technology & AI consulting for senior care organizations that cuts through vendor hype and delivers realistic implementation roadmaps.
You Know You Need Better Technology.
You Just Don't Know Where to Start.
The software you're already paying for that no one uses. The vendor demo that looked amazing but turned into a nightmare six months later. The staff who are already overwhelmed - and you're terrified of adding one more thing to their plate.
You've seen other organizations waste hundreds of thousands on technology that never gets adopted. Meanwhile, your staff is buried in manual processes you suspect could be automated. You just don't have time to figure out what's real versus what's marketing hype.
And the vendors? They all promise the world. But you need someone who actually understands your operations - your staff capacity, your budget constraints, your residents' needs.

A Different Approach to Technology Decisions
Most organizations have three options:
- 1Listen to vendors (who want to sell you something)
- 2Hire generic IT consultants (who don't understand aging care)
- 3Figure it out yourself (while running an organization)
We're the fourth option:
Specialized technology consulting that combines aging care operations expertise with deep knowledge of what actually works in senior care organizations.
What makes us different:
- We understand your operations, not just technology
- We're vendor-neutral - never paid by product companies
- We tell you what's realistic, not what's theoretically possible
- We deliver actionable roadmaps, not recommendations you can't use

Technology Expertise Meets Aging Care Operations
Most technology consultants either understand tech but not healthcare, or understand healthcare but can't evaluate technology critically.
About Benjamin Richman
I'm Benjamin Richman, a former Amazon Technical Product Manager who's worked across medical records systems, home care, and home health businesses.
I was an Entrepreneur in Residence with one of the largest senior living organizations.
Today, I volunteer weekly at my local senior center and as a hospice volunteer, and serve on Weill Cornell's Technology and Thought Leadership Forum.
My work combines my passion for technology with my commitment to improving care for older adults.
I bridge both worlds.
I've worked in healthcare and eldercare technology. I've led requirements gathering for complex systems. And I understand what actually works in aging care settings - not just what looks good in a demo.
My Philosophy:
- 1Technology should solve real problems, not create new ones
- 2"Best in class" doesn't matter if your staff won't use it
- 3Sometimes the answer is "don't buy anything new" - and I'll tell you that
- 4Implementation success depends on understanding people as much as understanding technology
